The purchase process was as easy as it can be. Mitch P. went above and beyond to help us get the best trailer for us. Rangeland is above other dealers in the city, I say this because Rangeland waited for us for months!! I mean this is the absolute best service you can expect from any trailer dealership. On delivery I had a thousand questions and the team answered each in a professional way. Usually other dealerships on delivery they want you “out of the way” since you have already paid. I recommend Rangeland to anyone.

Fantastic experience. Trevor and Amanda and Brian are such nice people. Everyone there is so nice. I love my new Surveyor Trailer so much! They all make it so painless and explain everything you need to know to get yourself up and running and ready for camping. I would highly recommend going to Rangeland RV! Trevor is so Awesome, I explained that I wanted to use it off Grid and they put in 4 6v batteries into this awesome box that they engineered to fit behind the Propane tanks. So professional!!! And they installed another Solar Panel on the roof. Amazing people!

Bought a 26ft trailer here. We felt the entire process start to finish they did not have our best interests at heart. The salesman promised things at the sale we did not receive such as free winter storage for 3 years and a free starter pack (sewer hose, toilet paper, garden hose, blocks, hitch lock). That was $150. We did receive free propane fills however we upgraded to 30lb tanks and they kept the original 20lb tanks and hold down bar and charged us $100 for the new hold down bar. (Amazon way cheaper). The finance dept would not put my wife on the loan, sold us life insurance and would not take no for an answer and insisted on a $700 anti mice spray foam treatment. I am sure a person could do it then selves for much less. The inspection I believe was satisfactory as they repaired and inspected the roof seals and installed brand new Chinese tires. However when going through the walk through on day of pick up I pointed out the tank level indicators were not working. He said you need to put water / sewer in the tank to see the indicator lights. I believed him, however the following day I called to say I put water / sewer in and they still did not work. They told me to come back in 3 months time as this was not crucial to being able to go camping. We did not return as we took this trailer on an extended trip south for the winter. Things we realized later was tv remote never worked and mold was a big issue to deal with having to buy a dehumidifier, fan and keeping closets doors open etc. They show you how to operate your RV but not maintain or winterize it as they expect you to bring it to them to do maintenance / repairs and will make money from that. I had to do a few repairs in the first 2 months to all the door hinges and burned out light bulbs. The outdoor fridge needed replacing. So far happy with the trailer but invested about 3k in RV supplies. Probably not buy here again as we do not trust them for servicing and will try someone else next time.

The sales team at Rangeland RV were great, Tyler was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable when it came to the inventory and the specs of each trailer that the dealership had, he was very patient with us during our decisions, Tyler made to process very easy for us. The rest of the staff from Amanda in finance to Brian in delivery, they were both upfront, very knowledgeable and patient with the many questions we had during the process, thanks you all so much for the great service..we’ve already been recommending your dealership to friends and family….5 stars all day long.

From the very first phone call to the day we were able to take our new trailer home was an amazing experience. Our salesman Mark answered any questions we had and made the process easy and smooth. We really appreciated the service we got from every staff member we interacted with. Any questions or concerns that came up were answered, and if they didn’t have an answer for us right away they made sure they got back to us when the information was available. I really liked the fact that they took the time to explain and show us how all the features work on pick up day. We never felt rushed through the process and are confident we know how to work all the features on our unit. 10/10 I would recommend Rangeland RV if you are looking to purchase a new trailer. We can’t wait to start making memories in our new trailer.
